We combine a global perspective with deep local expertise to deliver innovative financial solutions to institutional and corporate clients. **Role Overview** Support ensuring the institution operates within the applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policy framework. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee regulatory compliance applicable to **Securities Firms, Non-Bank Financial Institutions (SOFOMES), and Investment Fund Operators**, in accordance with standards set by the **National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), Bank of Mexico (Banxico), and Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF)**. * Review and validate customer identification files **(KYC)** and client documentation (including screening against sanctions lists, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists, OFAC lists, AML/CFT lists, and other sanction lists). * Execute **AML/CFT monitoring processes**, analyze alerts, review relevant or unusual transactions, and support the updating of **AML/CFT risk matrices**. * Participate in preparing **regulatory reports**, audit documentation, and materials for committees. * Contribute to managing and updating **risk matrices, internal controls, and compliance processes**. * Collaborate with business units and back-office areas to ensure alignment with institutional best practices. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field. * **2–3 years** of experience in Compliance, AML/CFT, or Auditing within the financial sector. * Knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to the financial sector. * Risk management and internal control expertise. * Preferred: **CNBV AML certification**. * Intermediate English proficiency.
