Join our team and become part of a company that drives excellence in manufacturing! **Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage process routes, procedures, and bill of materials. * Provide technical support on the shop floor and define processes for new products. * Coordinate continuous improvement projects and cost optimization. * Analyze manufacturing issues and propose effective solutions. * Participate in first article inspections (FAI) and deviation control. * Implement engineering changes and address technical claims. * Conduct technical surveys and update the master production schedule. **Requirements:** * **Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.** * **Minimum of 10 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry.** * Solid knowledge in **blueprint interpretation and manufacturing processes.** * Experience in continuous improvement, process control, and failure analysis. * Proficient in **Office** and **CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks or SolidCAM desirable).** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday.
