Opportunity to impact occupational and environmental safety Texcoco Mexico Health, Safety, and Environment **External Job Description** Job Objective: Support ensuring compliance with plant safety rules and regulations according to established processes and regulatory requirements, aiming to prevent workplace incidents, safeguard company assets (machinery and buildings), and reduce environmental impacts. Responsibilities:* Support and track audit non-conformities to establish action plans enabling their resolution and closure. * Assist in situational assessments at plants to verify compliance status regarding Safety, Health, and Ecology. * Record Safety, Health, and Ecology audits conducted at plants to verify adherence to established standards. * Support the Medical Department in analyzing job-related risks, developing ergonomic mapping, and creating improvement plans as needed to ensure safety during all job activities. * Support the Coordinator with information, training plans, and programs to comply with applicable regulations. * Analyze and participate in executing emergency drills, evaluating outcomes, and issuing recommendations. * Deliver training in coordination with Area Managers and HR to ensure personnel are aware of safety practices for themselves and their work teams while performing their duties. * Has authority—when necessary—to stop machinery and halt supplier work activities per established procedures.
