Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Location: Nextlalpan TMEX Park Key Responsibilities: • Track action plans for process and project implementation. • Conduct time and motion studies to identify operational improvement opportunities. • Prepare and present operational performance reports. • Monitor and control area-specific KPIs to ensure objective achievement. • Deliver and/or coordinate training on departmental systems and processes for relevant personnel. Who We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree candidate or graduate (Lic./Ing.) ERP, Excel pivot tables, formulas (intermediate level) Proficiency in continuous improvement and standardization tools. Practical experience applying improvements.
