Job Summary: We are seeking a Mixed Baker with experience in sourdough starters, fermentation, baking, and preparation of French bread, sponge cake, and pastry using industrial machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in producing savory bread, sweet bread, and pastry. 2. Operation of laminator, industrial oven, and industrial mixer. 3. Mandatory use of laminator, industrial oven, and industrial mixer. Knowledge of sourdough starters. Knowledge of fermentation processes and fermenter operation. Ability to bake and knead dough. Knowledge of preparing French bread, sponge cake, and pastry. Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off; shift starts at 5:00 AM and ends upon completion of production, averaging 2:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: Production of savory bread (French bread) and sweet bread (sponge cake). Pastry production.
