Ensure compliance with occupational health **Human Resources Manager** **Responsibilities:** * Execute recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Implement recruitment strategies that guarantee timely coverage of vacancies. * Maintain personnel files, onboarding records, offboarding records, and personnel movements. * Address and follow up on labor incidents, working hours, and services until resolution. * Ensure payroll payments are made on time. * Administer incidents, bonuses, deductions, and salary adjustment changes. * Ensure personnel have their identification cards, personal protective equipment (PPE), lockers, and electronic devices required to perform their duties. * Coordinate implementation of the annual occupational health plan according to established deadlines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in leadership or human capital roles, including personnel administration and recruitment. * Age between 30 and 45 years. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Vacation bonus: 40% * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 18 days * Grocery vouchers * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
