A world powered by logistics. A company powered by its people. Job Description Contact with transportation carriers and internal staff Receipt of dispatches Update shipment/unit dispatch logbooks. Perform pre-dispatches, ensuring OTM data accuracy prior to system execution. CFDI validation (print shipping and transportation documentation). Cargo tracking for units. Timely validation of shipment departures and incident reporting. Requirements Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.) Prior experience in shipping operations and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, OTM) Excellent service attitude and customer focus. Experience in dispatch operations Knowledge of transportation/shipping/billing documentation Schedule: Shift-based role (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM) Rotating days off ***Work Location:*** *Nextlalpan We Offer *Monthly gross salary of MXN 14,900* *+10% food vouchers* Enhanced year-end bonus.
