We are currently seeking an "**Accounting Analyst**" to join our team. The accountant will be responsible for the company's accounting and tax management, ensuring compliance with current Mexican financial and tax regulations, as well as proper recording of accounting transactions, preparation of financial statements, and audits of current and past accounting records. **Responsibilities:** **Accounting and Finance** * Preparation and analysis of financial statements for decision-making. * Tax strategies. * Management and control of income, expenses, and cash flow. * Administration of accounting vouchers. * Review and validation of electronic invoicing in accordance with current legislation. **Taxes and Tax Compliance** * Calculation, filing, and payment of state and federal taxes. * Annual, monthly, and informative declarations submitted to the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). * Handling of tax refunds, requests, and tax offsets. * Oversight of tax withholdings and fulfillment of tax obligations. **Costs and Budgetary Control** * Inventory control, valuation of stock, and materials management. * Optimization of operational and budgetary costs. * Implementation of strategies to reduce costs and improve profitability. **Auditing and Regulatory Compliance** * Coordination and preparation of internal and external audits. * Compliance with Financial Information Standards (NIF) and applicable regulations. * Implementation of internal controls to prevent fraud or accounting errors. **Administration and Payroll** * Supervision of payroll calculation, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISR withholdings. * Control of supplier payments and bank reconciliations. * Bank relations and management of corporate credit. * Familiarity with Aspel software **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions, verifiable. Technical knowledge: * Proficiency in ISR, IVA, and withholding taxes. * Ability to manage and prepare working papers for monthly and annual tax calculations. * Experience using platforms (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA). * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAP, COI, etc.). * Advanced Excel skills. **Job Offer:** Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month, depending on verifiable experience.
