Job Summary: Ensure equipment and machinery availability and reliability through preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance, minimizing downtime and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with production to ensure equipment operability Ensure equipment, machinery, and service availability and reliability through preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance, minimizing downtime and costs. *Execute the preventive maintenance plan. *Schedule based on operating hours or time intervals. *Record all activities performed. *Perform routine cleaning on critical equipment to detect failures. *Anticipate failures. *Corrective maintenance. *Address failures in the shortest possible time. *Diagnose root causes (not just repair). *Reduce unplanned downtime. *Equipment availability. *Ensure equipment is operational according to the production schedule. *Coordinate scheduled downtime with production. *Reduce unplanned downtime. *Define minimum stock levels for critical spare parts. *Avoid downtime due to spare part shortages. *Maintain order and cleanliness in the infrastructure workshop. *Clearly identify machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts. *Dispose of damaged or obsolete spare parts WE OFFER: *Retention bonus *Loans *Uniform *Statutory benefits (insurance, year-end bonus, and vacation) *Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. *Weekend rest: Saturdays and Sundays . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 2 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 24 and 40 years Knowledge: Corrective maintenance, Industrial maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Organization Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes
