Requirements: * Intermediate Excel knowledge. * Knowledge of SAE\-ASPEL. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: Unrestricted. Responsibilities: * Supervise the generation of purchase order numbers so suppliers can upload their invoices to the portal. * Assign credit terms in the system and manage physical supplier files, including system registration. * Control cash/credit payments to suppliers through proper recording. * Monitor and report fixed periodic payments. * Monitor and report variable periodic payments. * Maintain monthly and annual comparative analyses per service center, comparing recent and immediately preceding periods. * Review and approve reimbursements and travel allowances based on supporting documentation. * Update accounts payable by verifying accurate recording and proper posting. * Direct interaction with suppliers. * Close collaboration with administrative departments (assertive and timely communication regarding resource allocation for operations). * Cash flow behavior reporting. * Track supplier warranties via credit notes or payment discounts. * Manage and update supplier credit agreements.
