**REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Completed high school Experience: Computer skills, Office software proficiency, knowledge of GPS, CCTV, good communication skills **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Promptly attend to all incoming calls through the communication channels assigned to the workstation. • Promptly respond to all alerts generated on the GPS monitoring platform or GPS mirror accounts, in order to follow up on any incidents reported via GPS devices and the GPS platform. • Verify the proper operation of communication channels and GPS equipment assigned to monitored services, promptly reporting any anomalies to the supervisor on duty. • Periodically check the workstation’s email inbox to follow up on requests made by the reporting line or client related to service monitoring through this channel. • Promptly inform the supervisor on duty of any incident or emergency occurring within any of the monitored services. • Clearly record all anomalies or events that occur during work duties in the daily log, maintaining chronological order. **SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY (mixed shifts of 8 and 12 hours)** **WORK LOCATION: LA LAGUNA COACALCO, STATE OF MEXICO** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD SEND RESUME OR APPLICATION TO 5535499991** Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,999.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work setting: On-site
