Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates staff, ensures facility maintenance and customer satisfaction, and manages sales reports and metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages staff and daily operations to ensure service quality. 2. Promptly resolves customer and staff complaints. 3. Tracks sales performance and proposes operational solutions. **ETN Turistar Lujo is seeking:** **Sales Manager** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the road transportation industry * Experience in administrative tasks, handling cash, performing cash reconciliations and audits, and coordinating with cash security companies * Staff management and customer service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience with sales metrics * Availability to work rotating shifts **Responsibilities:** * Supervise assigned staff to ensure completion of assigned tasks. * Ensure facilities under responsibility are in optimal condition, properly maintained, and fully operational—including signage and elements that constitute corporate image. * Address complaints arising at ticket counters, whether from customers or staff, by listening to the issue and providing timely resolution to prevent conflicts detrimental to the organization. * Supervise that ticket counters have all necessary operational materials and maintain cleanliness to project a positive image and deliver quality service to users. * Train and keep staff updated on procedures and policies. * Evaluate staff performance according to established quality models, supporting identification of training needs and delivering relevant training. * Prepare and submit daily sales reports, collecting required information to record and control cash inflows and verify ticket counter productivity. * Clarify doubts and resolve operational issues. * Generate sales metrics. **Benefits** * Monthly gross salary: $11,950 * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund * Complimentary travel vouchers * Additional paid days off * 100% IMSS contribution * Job stability **Work schedule: Monday through Sunday (Morning shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Intermediate shift as required by operations).
