Position Summary: Facilitate access and high-quality care for patients, family members, and visitors in the hemodialysis unit by performing registrations and referrals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and guide patients in the hemodialysis unit 2. Coordinate the admission of new patients and their documentation 3. Manage patient registration and service billing Servicios Médicos y de Hemodiálisis Pachuca is offering the position of: **EVENING RECEPTIONIST** **Summary:** Ensure proper access for patients, family members, and visitors to the hemodialysis unit through systematic registration in the corresponding logs, directing each individual to the appropriate area, with the aim of delivering quality care aligned with the needs of each visitor. **Knowledge and Experience Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience **Desired Qualifications:** * Both genders * Age 25–45 **Responsibilities:** * It is your responsibility to receive the next scheduled patient according to assigned shift and time, and assist them with any required support. * It is your responsibility to receive first-time patients, request their admission documents, notify Social Work staff for review, and subsequently refer them to the nephrologist for evaluation. * It is your responsibility to notify Human Resources staff of the patient’s admission for issuance of an identification badge. * It is your responsibility to register the patient in the electronic attendance system and collect service fees for private-pay patients. **We Offer:** * Direct employment at the clinic. * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, IMSS, vacation bonus, paid vacations) * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Sunday off * Salary: $9,720.00 net monthly + monthly bonuses * Bi-weekly payroll payments.
