**Position: Branch Manager (Party Hall and Kids’ Area)** **Location:** Álamo Avenue **Salary:** $10,500 monthly net **Schedule:** Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Day off: Tuesday **Job Objective:** To lead, coordinate, and promote the smooth operation of the branch, ensuring a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for customers in the kids’ area and party hall. Additionally, to boost sales and business visibility through effective in-person and digital strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and market party hall and kids’ play area services. * Design and implement customer acquisition strategies via social media and direct customer interaction. * Provide personalized consultation regarding packages, services, promotions, and availability. * Coordinate the event schedule, ensuring efficient management of reservations. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and safety in the kids’ area, maintaining high quality standards. * Manage inventory, materials, and administrative resources of the establishment. * Create visual and promotional content for social media. **Candidate Profile:** * Experience in customer service, sales, or administration of recreational or service-oriented spaces. * Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and customer service. * Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, responsible attitude with a results-oriented mindset. * Enthusiasm for working with children and families.
