BANK TELLER RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile teller unit quickly, courteously, and error-free. Process commission-based business transactions as well as social programs. Verify joint signatures when cashing a cashier's check. Properly stamp checks upon acceptance or rejection. Deliver the best in-person customer experience: fast, courteous, and error-free.
