Hospital SAME is looking for your talent as a Licensed General Nurse. Objective: To provide high-quality service through the nursing care process, achieving a high level of satisfaction among high-complexity patients. Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off. Morning shift: 7:00 am \- 3:00 pm Evening shift: 1:00 pm \- 9:00 pm Night shift: 8:00 pm \- 8:00 am Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Nursing (Title and Professional License) * Experience as an Instrumentist or Circulating Nurse * Minimum 6 months of experience (includes social service) * Knowledge of Red Cart procedures * Hemodialysis management skills * Knowledge of CEYE * Responsibilities: * Provide initial patient care including vital signs measurement. * Comprehensively assess the health status of individuals with health issues and/or needs. * Plan general interventions for individuals with health problems and/or needs. * Promote patient adherence and integration into the nursing therapeutic plan. * Implement and evaluate interventions for diagnosis and/or prescribed treatment. * Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. * Effectively and proactively participate in various hospital safety codes. * Implement health education plans. * Participate in blue codes as a resuscitator or medication administrator. * Participate in surgical procedures as an instrumentist nurse.
