Job Objective Support operational kitchen activities and proper warehouse administration, ensuring receipt, storage, control, and replenishment of supplies, as well as assistance in food preparation, while complying with quality, hygiene, order, and food safety standards. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Payments on the 10th and 25th of each month, via the bank of your choice... Duties and Responsibilities Kitchen: * Assist in basic food preparation. * Washing, disinfection, and cutting of ingredients. * Assistance in assembly, packaging, and labeling. * Cleaning and sanitization of areas, utensils, and equipment. * Compliance with hygiene and food handling standards. Job Requirements Education: * Completed secondary school (minimum). * Preferred: High school diploma or technical degree in food science, gastronomy, or related field. Experience: * Preferred experience in industrial kitchens, cafeterias, restaurants, or commissaries. Knowledge: * Basic inventory control. * Food storage. * Basic hygiene and food safety standards. * Use of scales, control forms, and recordkeeping.
