Job Summary: Lead and supervise the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring quality standards, service excellence, and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Restaurant in Pachuca seeks STORE MANAGER Objective: Lead, control, and supervise the store’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with company-established standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability, while guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise proper store opening, operation, and closing. 2. Ensure compliance with customer service standards, product presentation, and quality. 3. Manage staff: schedules, attendance, training, and performance. 4. Control inventory, shrinkage, minor purchases, and requisitions. 5. Verify compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food safety policies. 6. Supervise proper cash register operation and cash handling. 7. Analyze sales, costs, and margins, implementing improvement actions. 8. Coordinate local promotions and business strategies. 9. Report operational incidents and daily results to the Operations Coordinator. 10. Ensure preventive maintenance of store facilities and equipment. Requirements: Completed high school or technical degree in Administration (bachelor’s degree preferred). 2–4 years of experience managing business units or restaurants, including staff management and customer service. Willingness to rotate among branches within the area. We Offer: Base salary Weekly payment Meal allowance Uniform Benefits Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 12 PM to 10 PM, fixed weekday day off.
