




Company dedicated to the development, production, and marketing of food additives for the poultry industry. **Human Capital Generalist** **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive management of talent databases and support in induction processes and onboarding matrices. * Complete execution of the recruitment and selection process according to internal policies: job postings, initial interviews, competency-based interviews, and final selection. * Operational administration of human resources, including incident tracking, overtime control, and personnel movements. * Coordination of training and development programs to strengthen team skills and competencies. * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, ISO 9001 standards, NOM\-035, and other applicable regulations. * Preparation, control, and follow-up of personnel incidents and reports. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree with title * Experience in Human Resources * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and NOM\-035 standards * Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Leadership skills **Benefits:** * **Monthly base salary $15,000 net.** * Biweekly payments * Work schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers after three months: $800.00 monthly * Life and medical insurance (after one year) * Direct contract with the company * 100% registration with IMSS **Location:** **Col.
