Job Summary: A major general cargo transportation company is seeking a Systems Engineer or Computer Science graduate for technical support and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Basic network and telecommunications configuration and support **MAJOR GENERAL CARGO TRANSPORTATION COMPANY** **INVITES YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM.** **REQUIREMENTS** * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Education: Systems Engineering degree, Bachelor's in Computer Science, or related field (student intern or graduate). * Minimum experience: 1 year in technical support, computer equipment maintenance, or related areas. **KNOWLEDGE** • Preventive and corrective hardware maintenance. • Software installation and configuration. • Windows operating systems (mandatory) and Linux (mandatory). • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, structured cabling, WiFi). • Basic telecommunications concepts. • Proficiency with remote support tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES** • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals). • Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, basic Linux) and common software. • Assist with hardware installation and configuration (memory, hard drives, cards, peripherals). • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software failures. • Assist with basic LAN network configuration and maintenance (cabling, switches, routers, WiFi). • Provide basic telecommunications support (IP telephony, network connections, internet access). • Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures. • Assist with equipment inventory and management of technological assets. **WE OFFER** \- Monthly net salary based on experience and expertise. \- Grocery vouchers. \- Statutory benefits. \- Subsidized cafeteria at 50%.
