Job Objective As a Field Collections Officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. Main Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. * Understand customer needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service to our customers with respect and courtesy. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Profile Customer service, collections, or sales experience. * Motorcycle operation. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Mobile device operation. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork.
