Central, Bosques de Aragón, and Ecatepec** Job Objective As a Delinquent Collections Officer, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant payment delays, and establishing repayment plans enabling them to bring their payments current again. Key Responsibilities * Visit the residences of borrowers who have applied for credit but failed to meet their payment obligations, in order to offer them various repayment plans. * Recover overdue accounts. * Provide respectful and courteous service to our customers. * Inform customers of all benefits available when maintaining an up-to-date credit account. * Operate a motorcycle in strict compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Candidate Profile * Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle riding ability. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
