Induction and Onboarding** * Coordinate new employee induction (corporate and departmental). * Ensure proper delivery of uniforms, ID badges, and onboarding documentation. * Monitor the employee's first days of integration. **3\. Personnel Administration** * Assist in managing personnel attendance and incident records. * Keep physical and digital personnel files up to date. * Collaborate with payroll for accurate recording of personnel movements (hires, terminations, changes). * Support contract management and renewals. **4\. Communication and Organizational Climate** * Assist in implementing internal campaigns, birthdays, and recognition programs. * Identify employee needs and refer them to the appropriate department. * Participate in surveys or activities to measure workplace climate. **5\.
