**ConsulCAP** is looking for your talent as a **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT** **DESCRIPTION** Carry out supervision, monitoring, control, and review of assigned project works, performing the necessary actions, ensuring that the project develops according to established work schedules and applicable regulations, managing the supply of human and material resources. **FUNCTIONS** * Coordinate team members' responsibilities. * Efficiently manage assigned resources. * Prepare reports within their area of competence related to construction progress and cost control. * Conduct site handover and formalize it through a delivery record. * Make appropriate and necessary technical decisions for the correct execution of works. * Comply with and enforce SIG (Integrated Management System) standards. * Ensure, prior to the start of work, that the required conditions and related services are met. * Monitor and control work progress in terms of quality, cost, and time. * Control the construction schedule and communicate any updates occurring at any stage of the project. * Supervise proper and timely delivery of required materials. * Inform Engineering Management of additional needs for materials, tools, and human resources on-site. * Report inconsistencies between designs, technical specifications, and current applicable regulations. * Participate in site surveys with clients to gather pre-engineering data. * Coaching tasks to support their team. **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Civil Engineer, Architect, Public Works Promotion, or related fields... Willingness to travel. Customer service orientation. Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD. Advanced Excel skills 80% (Pivot tables, Macros, Project Manager). Personnel management. Preparation of material and labor estimates, plans, and programs. Preparation of executive reports on progress and monitoring of ongoing projects.
