Monitoring of reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable Company dedicated to the distribution of construction materials and equipment Position sought: **Public Accountant** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting with professional license (mandatory) * **Experience:** 2 years in general accounting * Proficiency in **COI and/or NOI systems** or similar (mandatory) * Knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial principles * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills** (advanced searches, concatenation, filters, pivot tables) **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper accounting and tax compliance * Prepare financial reports * Monitor reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Support audit processes and budgetary analysis * Coordinate with Finance and Treasury managers to execute departmental activities **Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing * Starting salary from $19,000.00 MXN gross per month (negotiable based on experience) * Weekly payments * Job stability * Professional development * Economic growth **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $19,000.00 MXN per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 2 years (preferred) * ERP systems: 1 year (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
