Age and gender: Indifferent Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position. Proficiency in production processes, quality principles, and management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, managing resources, and controlling production processes, supervising assigned personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations to maximize productivity and minimize costs. · Continuous supervision of production performance by applying inspection techniques, quality control, and improvement measures to ensure efficient operation of the Production department, including implementation and monitoring of processes and resources to guarantee equipment manufacturing according to quality standards and on-time delivery as established with our customers. · Implement safety regulations and ensure staff compliance, as well as apply improvement measures to increase efficiency and minimize waste. · Daily presentation of results and reports to management.
