We seek individuals with a solid background in team management and strategic decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a key company division, including strategic planning, resource management, and decision-making. Set and achieve performance and growth objectives for the division. Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Shift Supervisor Managed at least 5 people KPI management expertise Excellent leadership and team management skills.
