**Job Description:** Job Description: Maintenance Technician \- Juriquilla Area Olimpus Natación is an organization with over 31 years of experience saving and transforming lives through water-based experiences that teach swimming, always striving to improve life opportunities for our students, families, staff, and partners. **Objective:** Carry out activities inherent to the area, in accordance with procedures and branch requirements, to preserve and maintain facilities, real estate, and equipment in optimal operating and functional condition. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** · Technician or Engineer in Industrial Maintenance, Air Conditioning, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. · Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in general maintenance. · Computer skills; basic Excel (preferred) **Technical Knowledge:** In electricity, boiler operation, pressure vessels, high-pressure cooking equipment, experience in medium and low voltage, pneumatics, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, energy isolation, and maneuvers **Responsibilities:** · Learn, understand, and apply the handling of maintenance products and equipment. · Follow maintenance routines, use of tools and equipment. · Perform work in compliance with safety standards and procedures. · **Corrective and preventive maintenance.** · **Interaction with suppliers.** · **Inspection of facilities to ensure optimal performance.** · **Incident response.** · **Perform air conditioning maintenance** · **Electrical systems** · **Sanitary and general facilities.** · Carry out repairs for possible failures that may arise. · Manage third-party access to technical areas (contractors, suppliers). · Maintain clear communication with production departments regarding completed work and pending tasks. · Assist the Maintenance Coordinator in supervising new projects. · Spare parts inventory control. · Track completion of work performed in the area. · Tool inventory responsibility · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. · Support installation and calibration of instrumentation required for proper machinery operation. · Diagnose failures and perform repairs on mechanical equipment. · Collaborate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery. · Comply with safety and quality standards in equipment maintenance. · Availability to travel between branches, locations, and external sites **(San Juan del Río, Tecámac, Ojo de Agua)** Work: **100% on-site** Workload: **90% operational / 10% administrative** Mon\-Fri: 10:00 AM \- 7:30 PM, with 2 hours for lunch Sat: 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $1\.00 per day Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
