We are currently seeking a "**Human Resources Manager**" to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring alignment between talent management strategies and business objectives, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational development within the flexography company. **Responsibilities:** * Handle audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Manage labor incidents, mediations, and conflict resolution. * Develop training programs and performance evaluations. * Supervise payroll administration, compensation, and benefits. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees. * Ensure and supervise compliance with labor and safety regulations in Mexico. * Design and implement strategies to improve workplace climate and organizational culture. * Manage IMSS registrations and terminations. * Knowledge of COI and NOI. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Organizational Psychology. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or flexography industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** Mexican labor legislation, payroll management, compensation, organizational development, safety and hygiene, internal audits, and quality regulations. * **Skills:** Leadership, effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, results orientation, empathetic leadership, focus on employee well-being and development. * **Technology:** Proficiency in HR management software and intermediate Excel skills. **Job offer:** Salary: $15,000 - $18,000 per month, depending on verifiable experience.
