Job stability **PET Blow Technician** **Job Description** Plásticos DAOS is seeking an experienced PET Blow Technician skilled in parameter adjustment, production startup, and troubleshooting blow molding machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production process stability by optimizing operational parameters to guarantee quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction. **Responsibilities** * Adjustment and configuration of PET blow machine parameters. * Production line startup and product release. * Monitoring of temperatures, pressures, and process times. * Correction of container defects: whitening, deformations, under-filling, blisters, flash, and variations in weight or shape. * Adjustment of oven settings, pressures, and pre-blow/blow times. * Mold setup and calibration. * Mold changes and support for basic maintenance. * Quality monitoring during production. * Scrap reduction and continuous process improvement. * Basic operator training. * Reporting of incidents and proposals for improvement. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience operating PET blow molding machines. * Knowledge of: blow parameters, ovens, high- and low-pressure systems, PET preforms, molds, cycle times. * Experience troubleshooting production process issues. * Experience with food-grade containers is desirable. * Ability to work under pressure and meet performance objectives. * Flexible working hours. **Desired Profile** * Proactive * Responsible * Results-oriented * Analytical * Detail-oriented * Sense of urgency **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Continuous training. * Excellent work environment.
