We believe in talent, professional growth, and teamwork; therefore, we seek committed, organized individuals with a service-oriented attitude who wish to develop within a dynamic environment offering learning opportunities. **CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR** **DEVELOPMENTS IN ZUMPANGO, TECAMAC, AND TIZAYUCA.** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administrative fields * Knowledge of real estate administration ERPs (desirable) * Office software: Intermediate Excel * Experience as General Administrator of condominiums * Personal vehicle required Main Responsibilities: * Operational and administrative supervision of various condominiums in the State of Mexico and Mexico City * Proficiency in Vivook, Casandra, Neivor, or other condominium management systems is mandatory * Knowledge of the Condominium Law * Experience conducting condominium assemblies * Constant communication with the Resident Administrator and the Oversight Committee * Coordination and evaluation of service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance) * Monitoring response times and service quality * Verification of compliance with regulations and internal procedures * Budget management and control per Business Unit Skills and Knowledge: * Effective communication * Organization * Planning Benefits: * Monthly salary of $20,000 net * Statutory benefits * Full-time schedule * Employment location: State of Mexico \- Zumpango, Tizayuca, Tecamac If you are interested, please apply through this channel
