Job Summary: Responsible for setting up, operating, and supervising CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks, interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in CNC Router operation and technical drawing interpretation 2. Proficiency in software such as Corel Draw, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator 3. Basic CNC programming skills (G-Code, M-Code) KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of CNC Router machine operation \* Experience interpreting technical drawings and diagrams \* Skill in using measuring instruments and cutting tools \* Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G\-Code, M\-Code) \* Familiarity with software such as Corel Draw, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and 3D modeling programs JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for setting up, operating, and supervising CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks. This includes interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure produced parts meet quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. PREPARE AND SET UP THE CNC MACHINE: Interpret drawings, technical diagrams, and specifications. Select appropriate tools and materials for the job. Configure machine parameters (speed, feed rate, cut depth, etc). 2\. OPERATE THE CNC MACHINE: Monitor machine operation to ensure compliance with specifications. Make necessary equipment adjustments to guarantee machining accuracy. Monitor and verify the quality of produced parts. 3\. MAINTENANCE: Perform preventive and basic maintenance on CNC equipment. Identify and report machinery malfunctions or technical issues. 4\. QUALITY CONTROL: Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with required tolerances and specifications. Document inspections and quality results. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
