Operate, set up, and maintain fiber laser cutting machines. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Adjust and configure laser machinery according to job specifications, including selection of parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, and type of gas. Handle metal sheets, tubes, or profiles to load them into the machine and remove cut parts, ensuring safety and process efficiency. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the machine, such as cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement, to guarantee optimal operation. Optimize material usage during cutting (nesting). **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:** Knowledge of fiber laser cutting machines and their operating principles. (BASIC) Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. (BASIC) Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers.
