Verify and identify process deviations, manage justifications and supporting documentation. Ensure all POs comply with administrative and accounting guidelines. Coordinate with Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, and Finance departments for accurate PO recovery. **Requirements for this position:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Courses or experience in logistics, transportation, PO/OC management; basic ERP knowledge. 3–4 years of experience in trip settlement, PO recovery, PO generation, and supplier coordination.
