




Job Summary: We are seeking a Control and Settlement Analyst to validate and settle transportation trips, warehousing services, and operational expenses, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and contracts. Currently, **we are looking for our next Control and Settlement Analyst** **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure timely and accurate validation, settlement, and payment of transportation trips, warehousing services, and other operational expenses, ensuring compliance with Purchase Orders, contracts with external suppliers, and internal guidelines. **Key Functions:** Validate the **correct settlement of transportation trips** requested by the Transportation Department. Verify and identify process deviations, manage justifications and supporting documentation. Ensure all POs comply with administrative and accounting guidelines. Manage and monitor contracts with **external warehouses and 3PL providers**. Coordinate with Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, and Finance departments for accurate PO recovery. **Requirements for this position:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Courses or experience in logistics, transportation, PO/OC management; basic ERP knowledge. 3–4 years of experience in trip settlement, PO recovery, PO generation, and supplier coordination. Proficiency in reading English texts. Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. SAP knowledge (mandatory). **We Offer:** Statutory benefits.
