Responsibilities:** * + Communicate directly with drivers to understand and manage their expectations. + Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Finance, and other stakeholders) to investigate driver issues and provide optimal solutions. + Engage and collaborate with all functions within the Driver Operations team and other departments, both laterally and vertically, to escalate information regarding current driver issues and propose changes (if necessary) to processes and policies. + Improve and map existing and new processes. Implement new strategies within a short timeframe. + Track, monitor, and report on driver experience and relevant activities, including: delivery punctuality, behavior, uniform compliance, fraud, etc. + Track and review NSS directly with drivers to comply with new legislation. ### **To Join Our Team, You Need:** * + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field. + Intermediate English (level B1+). + At least 2 years of experience in driver management. + Previous experience in operations or customer service is a plus. + Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel. + Intermediate level in Excel and/or Google Sheets. + Database visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio. + Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or R). + Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification or similar is a plus. + Understanding of key team KPIs and ability to propose appropriate plans to achieve goals. $18,000 \- $20,000 a month Base salary (100% payroll) Grocery vouchers Transportation allowance Major, minor, and preventive medical insurance.
