**VACANCY: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree desirable) * 5 years of experience in the position * 3 years of experience in similar companies * Knowledge of SAP BUSINESS ONE. **Responsibilities** * Lead financial strategy across Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting departments. * General accounting * Tax calculation and determination (Income Tax, VAT, Special Tax on Production and Services, Withholdings, Local Taxes) * Bank reconciliations * Preparation and review of financial statements * Annual tax returns and provisional payment filings * Electronic accounting * Calculation and review of sales costs * Calculation and review of tax attributes (CUFIN, CUCA, tax losses, and tax credit balances) * Tax refunds * Financial reporting * Procedures before the Tax Administration Service (SAT) * Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations * Accounting management in SAP **Skills and Competencies:** * High attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Organization and effective time management. * Proactivity and responsibility. * Discretion and confidential handling of information. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. **Behavioral Skills:** * Leadership with a focus on people development. * Critical thinking and problem solving. * Clear and effective communication with different departments. * Ability to influence, organize, and prioritize. * Continuous improvement mindset and strategic thinking.
