**Profile and Requirements** **Education** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture **Experience** Minimum of 5 years in residential construction **Skills** Analytical skills and attention to detail, Planning and organization, Teamwork and effective communication, Responsibility and commitment to project goals. **Job Responsibilities and Functions** * Analytically review **executive design documents**, drawings, and technical specifications. * Prepare and update **bills of quantities** and **construction quantity takeoffs**. * Develop **unit price analyses**, material matrices, and base budgets. * Formulate and control **construction schedules**. * Provide technical oversight during construction execution, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare **technical reports and periodic progress reports** for project management. **Technical Knowledge** * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Software: **AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, Project, Neodata and/or Opus.** Work Location: Pachuca, Hgo.
