This opportunity is for you! **About the Opportunity** We are currently looking to strengthen our sales team with the next: **Sales Executive**. The **Sales Executive** will be responsible for creating a direct and honest relationship with interested customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solution to meet those needs. Additionally, constantly evaluate the sales process to achieve continuous improvement towards successful closing. **How will you achieve it?** Among your responsibilities will be: * Permanently explore the assigned area to identify potential clients. * Stay up-to-date on every detail of the business, products, promotions, and discounts offered. * Complete knowledge of the company's target market to qualify leads (determine if a prospect is an ideal customer to understand user needs and satisfy them with our solutions). * Timely and complete execution of all steps in the sales cycle (prospecting \- analysis and qualification \- contact \- product demonstration delivering value and benefits \- follow-up \- negotiation \- closing). * Prospecting potential clients considering the group's projects and/or business lines. * Conduct value demonstrations with clients to achieve effective negotiation and successful sales closing. * Make calls, visits, and demonstrations using the SPIN method. * Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. **You are the person we are looking for if you have…** * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Business, Industrial, Commercial, Communications, Sports, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years of experience (especially managing outbound processes)**. * Experience achieving successful high economic impact closings. *A plus.* * Experience using any CRM system. * **Intermediate-level Excel skills** (pivot tables, filters, formulas). * Sales metrics management experience. * Availability to conduct on-site closings at client locations. **What the company offers you** * Monthly salary commensurate with experience and skills. * Commissions based on goal achievement: 2% of revenue per sale. * **Biweekly payments**. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm \| Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm \- with 1 hour lunch break. * Location: EDOMEX: Vía José López Portillo, Guadalupe Victoria, 55010 Ecatepec de Morelos, Méx. **Statutory benefits after probation period** * IMSS and full 100% contribution. * 12 vacation days starting from the first year. * 25% vacation bonus. * 15 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Discounts at establishments. * Work mode: On-site. * Unique and inclusive cultural experience. * Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams. * Medium- to long-term growth opportunities. **If you want to be a key player in the company transforming Mexico, this position is for you.
