Guide customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan, identifying their needs to place new loans. Update all customer data in the system during each visit or contact, at least once a year. Process loan applications accurately to prevent payment delays and avoid fraud. Stay up-to-date and trained on the products and services we offer. **Cambaceo:** product promotion outside the point of sale. Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to encourage return visits and referrals. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communication skills. Enjoy interacting with customers. One year of experience selling financial products. Numerical aptitude. Knowledge of credit sales and telephone collections. Experience in field customer prospecting activities/cambaceo.
