Customer Service * Answer incoming or outgoing customer calls regarding questions, issues, or requests for assistance with: * Mobile or landline phone plans. * Billing and collections. * Device configuration. * Number portability, SIM card changes, or technical failures. * Provide prompt, clear, and effective solutions while consistently maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. * Record each interaction in the system.
