Job Opening: Forklift Operator Location: Tlalnepark Industrial Park, San Pedro Barrientos – Tlalnepantla Job Objective Operate forklifts and support warehouse activities, ensuring safe handling of goods and compliance with operational procedures. Required Profile * Completed junior high school (certificate or transcripts) * Proven warehouse experience * Proficiency in counterbalanced and double-reach reverse-direction forklifts (mandatory; practical test required) * Experience with Crown or Raymond equipment (preferred) * Valid or expired DC3 license * Willingness to work in freezing chambers (\-22 °C) * Availability to rotate shifts Technical Knowledge * Operation of electric pallet jacks (preferred) * Picking from dynamic racks up to 6 levels * Use of Hand Held devices and WMS system * Daily safety checklist preparation Work Schedules Rotating shifts every two weeks or as operation requires: * Morning shift: 06:00–14:00 * Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 * Night shift: 22:00–05:00 Midweek rest day.
