**Position Objective:** Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, promote sustainable practices within the organization, and manage environmental improvement projects, audits, and programs. **Desired Profile** *Professional Profile:* Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or related field. *Required Experience:* Minimum of 1 year in environmental management and procedures with SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, CAAMTH/CONAGUA. **Knowledge in:** * Applicable environmental legislation * Mexican regulations on hazardous waste management * Clean Industry Program * Preparation of regulatory reports and legal compliance **Responsibilities** * Develop the annual work plan to ensure compliance with environmental requirements. * Monitor compliance with conditions of current authorizations, prepare documentation packages, and submit them to the relevant agencies. * Track conditions of environmental permits. * Record annual consumption data. * Submit federal and state COA annually. * Manage required studies (wastewater discharge, emissions, etc.). * Prepare logs for hazardous waste and special handling waste generation. * Verify notifications through official portals and input information into SEMARNAT systems. * Train personnel on environmental topics. * Participate in environmental audits. * Improve documentation within the department. **We Offer:** * Starting net monthly salary of $12,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. *Working Hours:* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. *Work Location:* Tizayuca, Hidalgo.
