Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and delivering documentation, supporting collections, handling vehicle-related procedures, purchasing supplies, and managing new and used vehicles. Administrative support and vehicle management REQUIREMENTS: - Valid driver's license. - Experience driving standard and automatic vehicles. - Basic knowledge of vehicle-related procedures. - Responsible, organized, and punctual. - Availability to perform local transfers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receive and deliver documentation among the agency's various business units. - Support check collection and deposit activities. - Carry out vehicle-related and administrative procedures. - Purchase supplies and office stationery for the agency. - Receive new vehicles from the factory and inspect them to ensure excellent condition. - Activate vehicles to verify proper functionality. - Perform local transfers of new and used vehicles. - Move vehicles between warehouse, agency, and sales points. - Verify expenses arising from vehicle transfers. - Support the pre-test supervisor in maintaining vehicles ready for test drives. - Conduct inventories of vehicle accessories and tools.
