Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant: *Requirements:* * Minimum of 6 months previous kitchen experience * Secondary education * Age 20 and above * Flexible availability * Availability to work weekends *Knowledge and skills:* * Knowledge in food and beverage preparation (desirable) * Operates basic kitchen equipment * Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure. * Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. * Commitment to cleanliness and quality standards. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. *Responsibilities:* * Keeps kitchen, utensils, surfaces, and equipment clean and sanitized. * Performs general kitchen cleaning, including garbage removal and refrigerator cleaning. * Monitors and organizes inventory of ingredients and utensils. * Ensures products are properly stored, checking expiration dates and rotation. * Reports when supplies need replenishing. * Prepares ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and weighing fruits, vegetables, and other items. * Assists in dish preparation, such as mixing ingredients, preparing sauces and dressings, following the chef's instructions. *We offer:* * Weekly pay * Punctuality and attendance bonus Thank you for your application!
