**GRUPO CELMI**, a leading corporation in **IT, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY**, has become the largest distributor in the country, recognized by **TELCEL**; achieving market leadership for 20 years in **MEXICO CITY, HIDALGO, STATE OF MEXICO, AND MORELOS.** Proudly, thanks to our team's effort, we have 2 corporate offices, 7 branches, 4 distribution centers, +700 sub-distributors, and presence in renowned retail chains such as Palacio de Hierro. **GRUPO CELMI** is growing and currently seeking a **VEHICLE FLEET ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** to work at our corporate office in **PACHUCA DE SOTO, HIDALGO.** **R E Q U I R E M E N T S** * **Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields** * Age between 22 and 40 years old. * **Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas) * Experience in material purchases, purchase requisitions, invoices, reconciliations. **F U N C T I O N S** * Visit auto parts stores, dealerships, establishments, etc., to obtain required vehicle parts for fleet repairs. * Attend various vehicle inspection centers both in Pachuca and State of Mexico. * Daily recording of fuel consumption data, then biweekly visits to the contracted gas station for fuel billing and reconciliation by company, followed by submission to the Finance department. * Record data on purchased vehicle parts throughout the month and perform monthly reconciliation with contracted auto parts suppliers, then send the file to the Finance department for payment processing. * Weekly update of the maintenance log for operational company vehicles. * Visit government agencies to carry out various vehicle-related procedures. * Maintain a calendar to schedule vehicle inspections during the appropriate period. * Keep records of automobile insurance policies for the company's operational vehicles. * Archive documentation for each operational company vehicle (insurance policy, circulation card, plate registration, plate cancellation, inspections, etc.) * Conduct physical inspections of company vehicles and report any internal and/or external damages to the responsible parties. * Monitor purchases made using the corporate credit card and ensure invoices are delivered timely to the Finance department. * Assist with various tasks requiring intervention from the Vehicle Fleet department. **W E O F F E R** * **$10,000.00 GROSS MONTHLY SALARY** * **GROCERY VOUCHERS.** * **IMSS, Infonavit, vacations, Christmas bonus, and vacation premium.** * Work schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 08:00 am to 5:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and 10:30 am to 7:30 pm; SATURDAYS FROM\_8:00am to 1:00pm, 9:00am to 2:00pm, and 10:00am to 3:00pm.\_ * Day off: SUNDAY Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * Do you know how to drive standard vehicles and do you have a valid driver's license? * Do you have immediate availability to start working? * How many years of experience do you have in VEHICLE FLEET management?
