YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, procurement, or supply chain, combined with relevant industry or consulting experience in project management, preferably in procurement, spend analytics, and category management * Demonstrated entrepreneurship, professionalism, and presence to succeed in a team\-based setting, both independently and collaboratively, while working directly with clients on the ground * Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to process complex information quickly and present it clearly and simply, particularly during change transformation efforts with clients * Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience deploying analytical modules and platforms; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Python, and data visualization tools is a strong plus * Broad expertise in spend analytics and category optimization (both direct and indirect categories), with experience working with large datasets, machine learning, and statistics considered an advantage
