The candidate will be responsible for training users, documenting processes, providing first/second level support, and developing low-code automations. ***Functions****:* * Deliver training (in-person/virtual) and create manuals and video tutorials. * Map processes and propose improvements (flowcharts). * Provide technical support and basic equipment maintenance. * Develop solutions using Power Apps / AppSheet and automations with Power Automate; reports in Power BI. * Participate in ERP/CRM implementations and support quality activities (ISO 9001\). ***Requirements****:* * Bachelor’s or engineering degree in computer science, informatics, or related fields. * Desired 2 years of experience as a trainer and in process mapping. * Experience in a manufacturing company (essential). * User support and basic equipment maintenance. **Desirable:** Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Lists), Power Platform, AppSheet, diagramming tools, and experience with ISO 9001\. ***We Offer****:* \*Legal benefits \*Monthly salary $10,000 \+ punctuality bonus \+ grocery vouchers Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
