**REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Position:** "Minor Maintenance Operator" * **Company:** Opcem, SAPI de C.V. * **Education:** Secondary School * **Experience:** 6 to 12 months of field work experience, trades, or general assistant. * **Essential knowledge & skills:** General trade knowledge and handling of manual machinery such as shovels, drills, grinders, among others. * **Work location:** Conservation F1 (Booths T3, T4 and T7) * **Working hours:** On-site and full-time (7:00am to 3:00pm / 8:00am to 4:00pm) * **Requirement:** Must live in areas close to the work phase. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform all tasks related to routine maintenance. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.** * Performs painting, electrical repairs and/or carpentry on accessories and equipment within company facilities. Conducts periodic inspections to determine required maintenance tasks. * Maintains all necessary equipment to carry out the job. * Primarily focuses on a variety of maintenance tasks. * Performs painting tasks, placement of floor signs, repair of signage. * Correctly uses all personal protective equipment. * Complies with the safety guidelines established by the company. * Participates in talks or training sessions indicated by the company.
