Responsibilities * Posting job openings on job boards (Indeed, social media, etc.). * Conducting initial interviews. * Administering and tracking assessments or psychometric tests. * Integration and management of personnel files. * Verification of employment references. * Supporting hiring and onboarding processes. * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree. * **Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in recruitment and selection.** * Experience using job boards and social media for recruitment. * Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
