




Coordinate and supervise activities to ensure compliance with process documentation, ensuring quality, internal control and added value in the processes, as well as a results-oriented approach. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering or related field. Master's degree (not essential) * Interpretation of ISO 9001 * Knowledge of document control (change control, distribution, access, retrieval and use). * High ability to adhere to standards, policies and procedures to enforce good practices in controls and management. * Knowledge and expertise with a process-oriented approach JOB DESCRIPTION * Ensure attendance at understanding sessions for the creation and/or updating of documents (improvements, projects, inquiries). * Ensure that documented information includes control of changes, distribution, access, retrieval, use, storage, preservation, conservation and final disposal. * Supervise and ensure compliance with tasks assigned to process analysts according to the priority established in the work plan by the process manager. * Jointly with process analysts, coordinate progress sessions, document reviews and capacity analysis. * Ensure that knowledge capture and documentation are performed with quality, consistency and added value.
