MCM Implementation Engineer

Job Summary: Administer and coordinate feasibility, implementation, and operation activities for MCM services, controlling resources and supervising technical personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Configuration and monitoring of MCM equipment ACTIVITIES: * Administer, coordinate, and support feasibility studies, preliminary designs, implementation, and operation activities for MCM services * Manage resources assigned to the MCM area of the location (equipment, personnel, vehicles, materials, etc.) * Control and document all MCM services through equipment inventories, link types, specifications, etc. (Technical Documentation). * Configure and maintain MCM equipment management and monitoring via the NOC. * Supervise and coordinate activities of the assigned MCM technician * Validate civil works performed for MCM service implementation REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree in Communications and Electronics or Bachelor’s degree in Systems. * 1 year of experience in similar positions * Valid driver’s license (Standard driving proficiency) WE OFFER: * Base monthly salary of $21,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday * 33 days of Christmas bonus* * 30 days of profit sharing* * 11% food vouchers * 9% savings fund * Life insurance * Tools (Computing equipment, mobile phone, monthly data plan) **** Cable service discount from Megacable after 3 months. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Knowledge: Computing, Operations, Telecommunications Driver’s licenses: A Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
